Guidezillen is a web application that allows users to create and share interactive guidebooks for short-term rental properties. The Service includes features for creating maps, adding places, and exporting images.

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change with notice.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests after 30 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Free Plan Limitations

The free plan has limited features. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but your data may be retained according to our data retention policies.
